Lies and liars-the sales department promised repairs would be made on a used purchase. However, I went on their word and did not get it in writing. GET IT IN WRITING-they are not trustworthy. Add on 18 dollar oil additive without discussing prior. ETU4 was the name of it. Incidentally they never did this on prior oil changes. Also did not adjust the air pressure when rotating tires front to re ETU4 was the name of it. Incidentally they never did this on prior oil changes. Also did not adjust the air pressure when rotating tires front to rear. Supposed to be 33 front and 30 rear per Nissan recommended psi. Did that myself at home . Bad service but the dishonesty is worse. More

John C is a really down to earth no xx salesman. We went in to get a repair for our 2024 Nissan Pathfinder and I saw my dream car on that lot. John was out there by himself and immediately noticed w We went in to get a repair for our 2024 Nissan Pathfinder and I saw my dream car on that lot. John was out there by himself and immediately noticed we needed help. He took the initiative and the knowledge he had about the Bronco and we went through all the motions to get what we needed, pricewise etc. We also came in as a family package, with our wild and restless five year old. He was kind and gracious to her (even if she was hopped up on vending machine sugar) We recommend John to everyone and are so happy with our experience (our third!) with Wally's Nissan! More
