Good service but took much longer than expected I went for a regular oil change. I reached just before 1 PM as I had taken a 1 PM appointment. By the time, I came out, it was just after 3 PM so it t I went for a regular oil change. I reached just before 1 PM as I had taken a 1 PM appointment. By the time, I came out, it was just after 3 PM so it took much longer than expected despite the fact that I had an additional request of fixing one of my tires. I wish I was warned about the delay and in that case I would have come back to pick my car. But overall service experience was good. More

Maddie spent the entire time playing with my daughter and the entire time I could hear my daughter laughing which made me extremely happy. Brian was so kind and was interested in my life as well as my father’s. He worked extremely hard with Marc to get the price we wanted. Marc stayed with us and chatted and shared story. Over all a great experience that I was scared of. Thank you all again. More
slow and not orgnized it takes more than three hours for just state inspection in not busy Sat morning, for my 2017 juke. it is two year old car, nothing is complicated. th it takes more than three hours for just state inspection in not busy Sat morning, for my 2017 juke. it is two year old car, nothing is complicated. the dealer was open at 9:00 and i drop my car before 9:30. not a busy Sat morning at all. thirty minutes after I dropped car, l asked for.theprogress for the first time, and they just found the necessary paper word was not submitted. or they just forget the car for 30minutes. after paper work submission, I wait another hour, and nobody worked on my car. I asked the progress again, they promised to check my car immediately. the car was moved into garage. and i waited another hour. very bad experience More
Transmission nightmare I bought a Jeep in October of 2017 with 67k on it, 1 month later the transmission went, they replaced the first one pretty quick, fast forward to July I bought a Jeep in October of 2017 with 67k on it, 1 month later the transmission went, they replaced the first one pretty quick, fast forward to July of 2018 transmission #2 failed at just under the 12k warranty, so going through all the warranty company and get a new transmission took over a month to replace. I don’t blame Fucillo fully because the warranty company dragged their feet. They got a 1 star for customer service, when I would call they would say I’ll call you back in 15 min, never a call back and I had to recall them over and over. Just horrible customer service. More
Quickly fixed flat tire I came in due to a flat tire on a Saturday. Even though the tow truck arrived an hour before the Service center was closing, Amanda at the desk assure I came in due to a flat tire on a Saturday. Even though the tow truck arrived an hour before the Service center was closing, Amanda at the desk assured me it would get fixed that day if they had the tire in stock. Luckily they did and I was so grateful they fixed it quickly as I live 100 miles away and was just in town visiting family. Nissan has exceptional service and I was impressed with their staff. Will recommend to my family & friends! More
