Service department It took a full month to get my vehicle fixed. John in service was terrible. I had to bring it back 3 times. Acura RDX Repair My 2013 RDX was showing signs of a weak battery. I called Walker Acura at 5:45 PM on Monday evening and was told I could bring the car in on Tuesday m My 2013 RDX was showing signs of a weak battery. I called Walker Acura at 5:45 PM on Monday evening and was told I could bring the car in on Tuesday morning. I was greeted by Don Delaune Who remembered me from my last visit. He was extremely friendly and courteous, explained what he thought could be the issue which was a faulty battery and took my car in immediately for service. Don offered me a ride to work which I declined. Within one hour Don called and stated that the battery was in fact bad gave me a price to replace it and asked if I wanted to proceed with the work to which I said yes. Don called back within one our and stated that my vehicle was repaired was being washed and I could pick it up whenever I was ready. Walker Acura has always provided outstanding service and their service Personnel are always friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend Walker Acura to anyone that requires service work on their Acura. More

Excellent!! I recently brought my vehicle to Walker Acura for some service work and I had the pleasure of working directly with Scott in the service department. H I recently brought my vehicle to Walker Acura for some service work and I had the pleasure of working directly with Scott in the service department. He was courteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He walked me through every step of the way so that I would not feel uncertain of what was being done to my vehicle. He assured me that all issues would be fixed in a short amount of time and they were!! My vehicle runs like new again! I purchased my vehicle here a few years ago and I keep coming back. I highly recommend Scott and Walker Acura to anyone looking for a great vehilce, excellent customer service and a place where you're treated like a human. Great place and very nice people to deal with!! More
Lack of quality control This is a luxury car dealership however when I picked up my car after an oil change I noticed oil leaking in my garage. This wa not expected with a ca This is a luxury car dealership however when I picked up my car after an oil change I noticed oil leaking in my garage. This wa not expected with a car with only 4600 miles o. It. When I called to the s m to discuss, he said oh this happens due to the tech not properly checking the undercarriage and they remove the old oil. Well this is unacceptable. What else did they not check? Not good at all not pleased after my first visit to the service Dept. Oh he did offer to take a look at the car however that means I will lose more time for what should have been a simple oil change. More
