Much better than Acura of Baton Rouge! I was very frustrated and depressed but I took off from work to take care of some other things and just started internet surfing and lucked up on my 2013 Acura TL that I LOVE. This dealership is by far the BEST ACURA DEALERSHIP IN LOUISIANA I think I may even drive to Metairie for service on my car. More
Bought a 2017 MDX a Walker Acura and it RATTLES! Bought a 2017 Acura MDX at Walker Acura and rear seat rattles! Rattled since I drove it of the lot on 8/18/16. Had a 2014 with no problems, but the 2017 MDX rear seat has problems that they cannot be fixed- or they have not fixed mine yet. I had an appointment that day with the Lexus dealership down the block. I am sorry I did not buy their SUV- I spent $50,000 and got at rattle trap. A certain fix would be to replace the rear seat, but they will not do that. Real nice people, but should have replaced the car at 45 miles. It was in the showroom floor and had 40 miles, and when I drove it home it started to rattle. Brought to service 6 times, but today it's in again it will be it's second ticket. Looks like it is a candidate for LA. Lemon Law. BUYER BEWARE! More
Went shopping for a 2014 MDX at Walker Acura. Our salesperson, Maria, was very accommodating with all our request. Explained all the various options and features. David is the most professional salesperson I've met. He knows his product well and he listened to our needs and wants. From the first moment my husband and I walked into this place, strongly intending to purchase, we were treated like an inconvenience. We had to approach someone (nobody approached us), who acted as if we place, strongly intending to purchase, we were treated like an inconvenience. We had to approach someone (nobody approached us), who acted as if we were neither interested in buying nor could afford an Acura. We are both physicians, had intended to purchase *two* Acuras, but clearly nobody wanted to sell us one. The salesperson did not shake our hands or tell us her name. In fact, we did not actually know her name until the end of the EXTREMELY halfhearted test drive. During said test drive, salesperson was inappropriately negative, complaining about personal issues, things she did not like about her previous car, etc. Please note that this was probably not the fault of the individual salesperson. The entire staff seemed lazy, unmotivated, and frankly unfamiliar with their products. It was a MISERABLE shopping experience. Strongly recommend anyplace else. This place actually put such a bitter taste in my mouth, I have scratched the Acura brand completely off my list--even though I have heard great things about Acura of Baton Rouge. We had driven 60 miles to test drive cars on the day about which I am complaining, and this was by far the worst place of all. It was the only bad place period. More
I brought my car to change oil next thing my hood is not closing properly. I asked them to fix and they completely didn't acknowledge their fault and said they will not fix it.
