Horrible Service Dept./Overcharged/Not Qualifed/Beware!!! Scheduled a simple oil change/ maintenance using a coupon. Don’t have any confidence in this dealership to provide maintenance on a $50K vehicle. Beware before doing business with. Acura Corporate needs to review the business practices at this dealership that are giving this great brand a very bad name in the Marketplace. If I wanted incompetent service, I would of purchased a sub-quality vehicle. If you can’t service your customers post purchase adequately, get out of the Market and let someone else operate a dealership that is known for Acura’s standards. More
