Based This rating is based on my most recent experience when I took my 2019 Sportswagen into the VW of Salem’s service department for a recall service, and while I was there, I had them do a lis experience when I took my 2019 Sportswagen into the VW of Salem’s service department for a recall service, and while I was there, I had them do a list of preventive maintenance tasks. I was told the recall work could take most of the day. They provided me with uber and lyft rides to and from a friend’s house where I spent the day. My car was ready sooner than I expected—always a good markfor a service department, and they did an exceptional wash and vacuum on my car, making it look nearly new! A real bonus that was not anticipated! More
$1200 to replace outer door latch and bowden cable that's insane how do you justify that. I told them what was wrong before the appointment, service desk guy (complete tool) said oh we have to do a diagnosis insane how do you justify that. They did what they said they were going to do and no charges to me. I bought 2 cars there a 2018 Passat and a 2020 King Ranch truck. They've been nothing but good to me!
