I do not know who Matthew Reid is or was. It took three weeks to get the driver's window replaced. I had to chase it down. Said they had to detail the truck. I have gone in several times to figure out what the root of the problem is for my 2014 Volkswagen Jetta and to no hope or light in sight it’s still a problem. Terrible communication, terrible customer service. You guys have seriously put a sour taste in my mouth along with a decent size debt. I will never buy another Volkswagen. Ever. Thanks. More
