Salesman told me there were two keys for this car when it came in. I told him, multiple times, it was important for me to have two keys. When car was delivered there was only one key. They also tried to bill came in. I told him, multiple times, it was important for me to have two keys. When car was delivered there was only one key. They also tried to bill me for a $500 "location device" (called kahu) that I did not ask for. Upon my insistence they removed that charge. They had a whole week to detail the car before delivery, yet there remained xxxx on the console and black scuff marks on the post between windshield and passenger door. Definitely not a thorough detail job. This was a long-distance deal. Pictures they sent did not show good detail (poorly lit and not every area shown). There was a ding in the hood with a crack in the paint that was more than just surface damage. Lesson learned. More
