Great Customer Service Before I Was a Customer! My wife's Mercedes had a very serious and expensive engine issue. I had it towed to Benz and was hoping I could get a loaner car while I figured out My wife's Mercedes had a very serious and expensive engine issue. I had it towed to Benz and was hoping I could get a loaner car while I figured out what to do. Fix it, trade it, sell it? I was told I could get a loaner car once I authorized the work. Ugh. At Volkswagen of Puyallup, the folks were great. I worked with Shawn Yi who helped us get the Touarag we wanted. Shawn and the people at Volkswagen of Puyallup took care of everything, including a loaner car while our car was being shipped. No worries, left happy! More

Great purchase I went to Puyallup VW to get my VW serviced after experiencing a series of frustrations with Auburn VW. They were very accommodating and prompt with updates on my vehicle. This service ended up turning into a trade in for a new VW. We worked with Corey primarily - he's a helpful tolerant guy that put up with my terrible jokes and criticism. They were able to locate the perfect car for us, a fair interest rate, and gave us a fair trade in value for our vehicle in service. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from the Harnish group and we wouldn't have any hesitation recommending any of their dealerships to our friends and family. More

Never Again We bought our 2007 Acura RDX from VW Puyallup in April 2014. Right off the bat, the key broke, and they refused to fix it. We could get passed the ter We bought our 2007 Acura RDX from VW Puyallup in April 2014. Right off the bat, the key broke, and they refused to fix it. We could get passed the terrible customer service on this point, as the car was 7 years old, and had 80K miles on it. General wear and tear is normal for a car of that description. However, after taking it in for it's scheduled maintenance, we learned that the car is requiring thousands of dollars in major repairs - including a completely worn timing chain (which we were told was serviced, and since Acuras have chains not belts, they hold up really well), destroyed shock absorbers, which, should we get in a wreck, would be really bad news for any passengers in the car, and lastly - and my personal favorite - broken anti-sway bars. Not sure what an anti-sway bar is? Here's the definition: A sway bar or anti-roll bar or stabilizer bar is a part of an automobile suspension that helps reduce the body roll of a vehicle during fast cornering or over road irregularities. It connects opposite (left/right) wheels together through short lever arms linked by a torsion spring. In a nut-shell, we've been driving a steel death trap around. They didn't even bother to change the windshield wipers or the oil. We were told the car had a full inspection, and that all safety requirements were met and signed off on. We probably would have still purchased the car knowing that it required work, just at a cheaper price - honesty goes a long way. Since we were lied to and ripped off, we won't be going back or recommending them anytime soon. More
