After shopping around to have my 2008 Touareg serviced, I found that the parts were MUCH cheaper at VW of Puyallup. When I arrived, Daniel in Sales greeted me, gave me a tour of the Service department and in found that the parts were MUCH cheaper at VW of Puyallup. When I arrived, Daniel in Sales greeted me, gave me a tour of the Service department and introduced me to Jerad, who assisted me. Jerad was very professional and thorough in explaining everything, and even gave me 50% off an oil change and free car wash, as part of a promotion they were running! It was a 45 minute wait, so I headed back to the lounge. Daniel then showed me around the store, and where the free beverages and snacks were located. He was very personable and made it a very enjoyable experience for me. I'm not in the market for a new car, but I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is currently looking!
