I loved how he was having someone look at my trade while doing the test drive and got in me and out with my new car within 1.5 hours. He focused on everything I needed to know during the test drive. Instead of making me listen to small talk in the car (like I've experienced at different dealerships) he was telling me important information about the car, the dealership, what it meant to be certified, and everything else I needed to know. I was sold by the time we got back to the dealership. I feel like he covered all his bases without me even having to ask any questions which was a breath of fresh air. Cody went above and beyond to not just have my feel comfortable about falling in love with my car but also about trusting the dealership and all the departments. We are already planning on buying more cars from this dealership in the future. For a new dealership, the VW of Puyallup does business like pros. Tom in fiance is awesome. He did all he could for me and directed me over to the guys over at the Chevy dealership (owned by the same company). From there Ryan and Dwayne worked together to find me a better deal. I was approved for one rate but they worked for the next two weeks to find me a much better deal and I'm extremely happy! More

I had a very pleasant buying experience at Puyallup VW. Everything seemed well organized for only being open for about a month. Sales staff and other personnel were friendly and helpful. After shopping around to have my 2008 Touareg serviced, I found that the parts were MUCH cheaper at VW of Puyallup. When I arrived, Daniel in Sales greeted me, gave me a tour of the Service department and in found that the parts were MUCH cheaper at VW of Puyallup. When I arrived, Daniel in Sales greeted me, gave me a tour of the Service department and introduced me to Jerad, who assisted me. Jerad was very professional and thorough in explaining everything, and even gave me 50% off an oil change and free car wash, as part of a promotion they were running! It was a 45 minute wait, so I headed back to the lounge. Daniel then showed me around the store, and where the free beverages and snacks were located. He was very personable and made it a very enjoyable experience for me. I'm not in the market for a new car, but I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is currently looking! The whole staff was very friendly and their facility is nice and clean! More
