I really just stopped by this place to bring my 2008 Passat for an air bag light and then saw some of the quality cars they had on the lot and was only asked once if I needed any help! This is a good thing because I did not feel pressured to find me a new car like other dealers in the past, truthfully I have left dealerships because I felt like I was being forced to buy a car. I worked with "Chris" he was top notch! He asked me if I needed any help and I told him not right now then I went back to him and he was more than willing to stop and answer any questions I had! Chris was very professional and made sure I was happy with what I wanted, not once did I feel like I HAD to buy a car from him. He did so much running around just to get a great deal on the car we really wanted! I had no intentions to buy a car that day and because of Chris my wife now has a great car! I will be sure to come back to this place and would be more than willing to deal with Chris on my next car! I also had the pleasure dealing with Vic, he was all focused on what I wanted and was more than willing to work with me. I found the truck I liked online. Even though it seemed like it took a little while for someone to approach us when we came in, it still was worth the wait. Absolutely one of the best dealerships I've visited in the area. After selling my other car off, I headed up to this dealership and was immediately met by Rafal. He understood exactly what I was looking the area. After selling my other car off, I headed up to this dealership and was immediately met by Rafal. He understood exactly what I was looking for, and wasn't given the "oh we also have x,y,z" runaround. After reviewing the 10 GTI's they had on the lot I settled on a White 2012 GTI. Once the price was agreed upon, getting the financing was no sweat (Getting financed after 9pm mind you). Rafal, Mike, & Vic stuck around until the deal was done. I'm sure I made the last sale of the day an entertaining one for sure. After going to several other dealerships (won't name names), I felt that people actually cared, and were passionate at what they do here. From the time I pulled into their lot, it was a little under 2 hours and I was driving off with a pretty sweet ride (They were closed when I drove off). I came into the dealer just to look at a Passat and a Jetta. I came in with my friend Erin, who knew a service guy named Nick who referred Robert to us. He was perfect!
