I was able to make an appointment on-line and received the day and time I wanted. The drivers window on my 2011 Jetta SEL would not roll all the way up. I explained the issue to xx and he told me that the repair was under warranty and the work would be completed in about 40 minutes (I opted to wait until the repair was completed). Within 1/2 hour xx found me in the waiting room and explained the problem, said it was fixed and my newly washed car was waiting for me outside. I've had nothing but very positive experiences with the service department at The Autobarn Volkswagen of Mount Prospect. More

We were looking for a specific vehicle for our daughter and found one at this dealership. I called and talked with Steve London and then Kalina to ensure the car was still on site. Kalina helped us all the way, from bringing the car around, showing us all the pieces and parts and going with us on the test drive. We played the rest of the game (numbers) and ended up with a fair deal. Joe was also very helpful and pleasant. It was a pleasant experience, considering we are back in debt again! After reading a couple Dealer Rater reviews, I decided to purchase my VW at the Autobarn in Mount Prospect. I found the model that I liked, signed my purchase agreement and asked the salesman to prepare the purchase my VW at the Autobarn in Mount Prospect. When I returned the following day to get the car, I discovered a big scratch on one of the doors.I refused to pick the car up and asked the salesman to make needed repair. I also requested an additional $ 500 off since the car was damaged and could not be consider a new vehicle any longer. The dealership disagreed with me. The scratch was patched with a paint brush and the car was dropped off in my driveway. The keys to the car were left at the door steps. The repair looks terrible and will have to be re-done by a professional painter. I still do not have the keys. More

I was not treated the same as a matter of fact, this group went above and beyond to get the deal done. It felt like I was dealing with a real team of people that worked very well together in making sure I walked out feeling good about the new car. Allen and Martin were extremely helpful in explaining the features and benefits of the new CC. The management team that I worked with (Mr. Ohanian and Mr. Jalili) walked me through the details of the deal and answered every question I had to make sure I was comfortable with the terms of my deal. All in all, I'm very happy and excited about my new car and have been telling friends and co-workers to go see "my guys" at Autobarn Mount Prospect if they're looking for a new car. More

Prior to owning a VW and going to the Autobarn Mount Prospect I used to dread having to take my car into the dealer. It was always an unpleasant experience leaving me feeling like a child being scolded Prospect I used to dread having to take my car into the dealer. I brought it in for the 90 day maintenance. Everything was fine but I was frustrated when I couldn't get the mp3 player to work properly. Wojciech Rogoz was very patient with me and took the time to explain the settings and show me exactly how it worked. Never once did he make me feel dumb which I was because I completely missed something obvious. That is the thing I most appreciate about the staff at Autobarn. You could know absolutely nothing about cars but are never once made to feel ignorent. I would highly recommend purchasing a car from them or having your car serviced there. More
