Could barely get anyone to work with me on a car. Then negotiated a deal and they backed out. They called two weeks later and asked if I still wanted the car. I said sure same deal? The said no. They then the added some xx ultrasonic cleaning for $1,595.00. Then said they would re-evaluate my trade. And still wanted full asking! Never witnessed anything like it!! the used car manager had no interest in working out a deal. I was paying FULL asking for the car! With CASH! Then wouldnt answer a question abount if the car had the upgraded cooling tubes. I said can I bring it to my mechanic to find out? They said it is against their policy. I wonder if the owner knows what kind of operation goes on there! Never buy a car from them. More

I brought my 2012 VW beetle in becase i noticed that i had a patch of paint missing from my bumper and was very upset. Nick Leon was the one who helped me out in serivce. He was very friendly and he went over my car and told me what was needed to be done he was very informative and even suggested to replace the bumber but i could not afford it at the time. Nick even washed my car for me, and then took me to parts to get the touch up paint, he even showwed me how to apply it, because knowing me i would have made a mess. While the paint was drying he aked me if i was having some problems with my drivers side window, which i was but forgot to mention. So he ordered the parts for my window. I look forward to comming back to get it fixed. Nick was very honest and friendy. My experiance that day, at VW, went very well. :) More

He knows my cars like no one else and he always advises me best-which is super important to me.I might not always know what to do but having him advising me is the best thing ever happened to me-it takes away the burden of making the decision myself...he will listen to your concerns,he will then learn about what are you trying to do and THEN he will give you his advise. This is very rare these days. Most dealers just want to make money of you and will limit their work to doing what ever the manufacturer or "book" suggests...The fact that I can trust these guys is trully a luxury.  More
