Never anything short of stellar. I have and always will exclusively use Autobarn of Mt. Prospect as my go-to service center to maintain my car's check-up schedule. Was selling my 91 year old dad's car as he decided to no longer drive. Took my 91 year old father to this dealership to drop off the car. Got an instant guaranteed offer from KBB.com to sell the car for $6700. 2015 Chevy Sonic with 20K miles, very clean and one minor scrape of front bumper. Contacted by this dealership (5 times!!!) to bring the in the car. Had I not listed the scrape, the KBB offer was $7000. ven had text message from dealership stating that "KBB offers are pretty accurate but they may pay more once they see the car". Took my 91 year father to this dealership and they told me they would only pay $5300. What happened to guaranteed offer? Took the car to Wickstrom Ford,1 hour later and they honored the KBB offer of $6700. What a difference when you deal with a professional dealership (Wickstrom). Don't waste your time at this dealership as this is probably how they do business in general. Wasted my 91 year old fathers time too. Go to another dealership. Update: Got a call from the sales manager trying to explain that maybe it did not fit in their inventory and that was why they would pay 20% lower than KBB offer. They should they have figured this out before contacting me multiple times and texting me "KBB offers are pretty accurate but they may pay more once they see the car" and wasting my time and my 91 year old fathers time.
