Oil change Brought my 2012 golf for an oil change Thursday afternoon. Two hours later it was turned over to me and included a clean exterior as well. Unfortunate Brought my 2012 golf for an oil change Thursday afternoon. Two hours later it was turned over to me and included a clean exterior as well. Unfortunately I did not schedule my visit; perhaps I should have. However, the technician did an exemplary job on the service checking the exterior, fluids and tires especially noting the depth of tread and adding air to the tires. I was impressed that he took the time to check his work upon completion before turning the car over to be washed. I now think it was worth the wait, although I thought at the time it was excessive.
