The Service and car wash was great. The comm needs work The service appointment was easy to set up. They greeted me promptly, my car was off to a Recall Fix. I was told twice it would only be 1 hour. Then 1/2 hour later I have to ask about the completion. Then when the car wash was "in process" I could see they had just started it and 15 minutes I get me car. I was there for 1 hour 45 minutes; way past my expectations. More
