I have had many new cars so I'm not new to the rodeo. This is the second VW car I have bought and the main reason is the good experience with all the service personnel. I would not buy another brand of car. I bought my second VW at a different VW dealership as Autobarn was not willing to meet the price, but I still bring it back to Autobarn for service as they are great. I'll give the sales people another chance next time. More

Watch out for this one Buyer beware. He was the finance guy at my purchase. He's a fast talking, slick and has no problem lying if it is to his benefit. It felt like pull Buyer beware. And on top of that, he never explained interest rates, finance charges or even told me which bank I was borrowing from. Unfortunately you really, really need to be attentive, alert and ready to argue if you don't want to get ripped off by this guy. More
