I went in on a specific car that I had found on cars.com and I was greated by Martin who helped me every step of the way. As a vehicle owner you are somewhat anxious when you discover that something has gone wrong with your car. Within a few minutes Wojciech Rogoz returned and outlined the next steps that would be taken. He explained the process in detail and when I could expect my replacement part to arrive. The following day I received a phone call to schedule my next appointment to have the part installed. Both Mr. Rogoz and Autobarn of Mt. Prospect made it clear that they valued me as a customer. I can highly recommend them both for any VW service needs. More

I came in to take a look at some cars, because I needed a new car and i thought I would give this place a try since a friend of mine bought hers here and loves how it runs. I'm not a car person and I don't know all the lingo...however Martin explained to me the benefits of having certain cars and assured me that the Jetta would be the perfect car for my needs. He understood that I am not a person that understands cars to the fullest, but he took time to explain everything to me and I ended up buying the car! Overall, the entire staff seemed to be very polite and approachable without having that awful "I have to sell you a car as soon as you walk in" attitude that other dealerships had when I came in. Martin was attentive, helpful, but not overly pushy...which ended up making me want to buy the car. Now I have a beautiful Jetta and I love the way it runs. One day I have to go back and thank Martin for his help! More

I am young (people think we do not know how to spend money) AND a woman (clueless creatures when it comes to cars) so we got two things working here against me..With Martin it was the exact opposite. He was very patient with me and my 6 million questions - to buy new or pre owned that was the question... Answered everything and showed me what every button stood for. I also mentioned that I had a tight budget considering I just finished school, and he promised he'd get me a great deal! He made the process stress free and worked with me every step of the way to ensure I dont go into panic mode! I felt like a valued costumer and I KNOW he did his best to ensure my needs were met.
