I would like to first say Thank you to Vic & Sassan for giving me a great deal on a 2012 VW Jetta SE. I was at VW of Gurnee and ready to least 2 Jetta and they made me wait for 5 hours so I called Vic for giving me a great deal on a 2012 VW Jetta SE. Right before I was about to sign papers at Gurnee I get a call from Vic telling me that he can give me 2 2012 Jetta SE for the same amount I was getting. I was sold. I left Gurnee and came over to Autobarn and he kept his word and I picked up 2 cars on 9/13/2012 a Blue & White for my wife. Both this gentleman are very professional and they will not haggle you into buying cars. What they say they will do. He made sure the delivery of both cars was on time and quick. I would recommend anyone looking for cars to go ask for Vic or Sassan if they don't have it they have other locations to get the cars from. More

His passion for and knowledge of VW cars was a welcome relief after being disappointed at other dealerships. Waiting room is clean and comfortable, complete with TV and coffee. We had a bad experience in the dealership a few days ago, then went back for an oil change and because the left inner CV boot was cracked. The service rep Vic went above and beyond to get the part from a dif then went back for an oil change and because the left inner CV boot was cracked. I bought my car from Autobarn Evanston but come to Autobarn Mount Prospect to get my service done. Jason is great to work with. Whenever I call up he remembers me and my car, which I think is a great Autobarn Mount Prospect to get my service done. Jason is great to work with. Whenever I call up he remembers me and my car, which I think is a great personal touch. All I say is "Hi Jason, it's Kevin" and he'll say "Hey Kevin, you've got the red GTI, right?" He made sure to schedule my service for when he was present so that he could oversee everything and make sure everything was taken care of nicely. Once he was able to get one of the detailers to get rid of a couple of blemishes on the paint that were there when I took delivery from Evanston but didn't notice right away. It took a few minutes, didn't cost Jason or the dealer anything (other than a few minutes, electricity to run the polisher, and a tiny bit of polish compound), and really impressed me. They didn't have to take the time out of their day to fix another dealer's mistake but it really showed that they were willing to do what it took to make a customer happy. As a member that regularly contributes to large Volkswagen online forums, I recommend Jason at Autobarn VW Mount Prospect any chance I can get (and to friends that have VWs). As long as I have a VW I will be going to Autobarn Mount Prospect to work with Jason. More
