This is the second time I have worked with Allen. He is friendly and so not like "car salesman". I never felt pressure to buy the car. While I was convinced I was going to buy a VW when I started the car shopping process, the help and patience I received at Autobarn of Mt. Prospect made me want to look no further. Cliff assured me that time was on our side and that I should absolutely drive all of the cars to be sure I was making the right decision. I was so happy he was willing to take this approach with me -- but it worked. After about 4 hours I was driving away super excited in my brand new jetta. On this latest deal (Tiguan), I basically worked the entire deal with Rich Fulfs the Internet Manager (I work/travel a lot) and then I came in and wrapped the deal up with Sales Consultant Rafel Basisty. It was a breeze, nice and smooth. The entire Autobarn team worked on my behalf to get this lastest deal done and their professionalism remained intact even given my short tempered and impatient nature. I found Autobarn to be pro-active and highly responsive. Autobarn is not "transactional" but rather is focused on continuing to build and maintain a business relationship with its customers.
