We primarily worked with James, who was great and then at the end with our second deal James and Allan. James was very courteous and helpful, we felt very comfortable with him and not like we were being swin the end with our second deal James and Allan. We wanted to really lower both our payments and James was very helpful in doing this. We leased a new 2012 CC and bought a used-car. James made sure my tank was filled with gas, out of his own pocket. You don't see this very often but he was very willing to go the extra mile to make me happy at the end of the day, which he did. We almost passed on the CC deal but at the end, they came back and really worked with us as to what we wanted to see in a payment. They were really flexible and realistic. If you work with them, they will work with you. Both were very customer oriented and great people to work with. When the new CC was ready, Phil went to go transfer his stuff from the old CC, and his stuff was already nicely placed in the new car. It was such a nice touch and will not be forgotten. We had bad experiences at the Bensenville Larry Rosch VW previously, we will never go back there and will only go to The Autobarn. The Autobarn is worlds away from the usual car dealership. We are at the age when our friends are starting to buy new cars, and I/We would be happy to refer anyone to James or Allan. More

I initially contacted the dealership online and was introduced to Slavi when we visited. Slavi was quick to show us the car we had inquired of and offered us a test drive right away. After going over the car and getting a good idea of the deal we could make, we explained that the was another car (other brand) we wanted to look at. Slavi didn't pressure us to make a decision right then and encouraged us to look around. Needless to say we ended up back at Autobarn. Unfortunately, Slavi was busy with another customer when we returned so he introduced us to Cliff. We went through the rest of the dealings with Cliff and walked away quite satisfied. I returned to the dealership a couple of days after the purchase to pick-up floor mats. Slavi was heading home but stopped to talk. He was quite interested in how everything went and was happy to see me in the car he showed us. Slavi showed me his own personal car as it was the same as my old car. It was more like talking to a friend than a salesman. It was nice in that though he was unable to help us with our sale, he still treated us as if he did. I was asked by the Service Rep if I needed a ride to and from work on the day of service. At first I thought I did, but as it turned out, my husband was able to drive me to the service station. Jason was great to work with. He treated me as if I was family. I brought my car in for service as my warranty was about to expire. I ahve a 2005 VW with 95,000 miles on it and the extended warranty expire family. I brought my car in for service as my warranty was about to expire. He had the car looked at and brought to my attention some problems bushings etc that I was not aware of and would not have known about until after the warranty expired.
