We knew we wanted the Audi S8 and found it on the dealer website while researching. The information and photography of the car was useful and accurate which was helpful in making an educated decision. On my first visit, John was eager to assist and was a great listener. I advised we don’t “need” a new car but if we buy we will only do so if we are comfortable with the following: 1. Fair value for our trade in (we knew blue book and the level of care of the car) 2. Competitive interest rates 3. The dealer to be fair on the pricing of the car (we researched pricing of like cars and knew a fair range). John was able to deliver on all three of our criteria in a genuine, friendly and professional manner. He was able to gain our trust and make the process a great experience. John Sassano & Michael Audino (Finance Manager) were excellent at explaining all options i.e. extended warranty, financing and long term care of the car. For someone that takes very good care of our cars, this was very important. We left feeling confident we had the car covered for years to come. Lastly, just to be sure there were no surprises. We had our mechanic (VW, Audi, BMW & Porsche specialist) check the car from bumper to bumper since we bought it “As Is”. I am pleased to say they found not one item to be concerned about.
