Being a woman I am always uneasy walking into a dealership. upon entering the autobarn in mt prospect I was greeted by a salesman by the name of Allen Mando. I wasn't planning on even purchasing a car today, so I hadn't eaten lunch yet. Lisa even had snacks waiting in her office in a nice little basket. What a bonus!!! She seemed to have everything covered. Lisa made sure that the car was immaculate, she preset my radio stations, she definitely went the extra mile for me. I don't think I've ever been shown how to work and use just about every feature on the car. I just want to say that Lisa never pressured me once and that is probably one of the biggest reasons I bought from her that day, as well as the markdown on the sticker price!!! More

We decided to give a second chance and go back to look at the car we had looked at before. We then met Lisa. She was so friendly and welcoming. We bought a 2011 Jetta and the whole experience was great. My dad was happy with the way that we were treated and I was happy I got a new car out of it. Whenever I'm back at Volkswagen I usually spot Lisa. It is great to have someone that actually shows they care when taking care of business. I would greatly recommend the dealership. And of course I would send them to Lisa for her great customer service and her wonderful attitude. More
