Mr. Rogoz and his colleagues actively searched for solutions to the concerns that brought me to the Autobarn in the first instance. Autobarn's service advisors and technicians plainly enjoy their work and their infectious enthusiasm provides assurance that I’m receiving the highest level of technical service. The Autobarn’s “let’s make this work for you” attitude is in stark contrast to the service departments I’ve frequented that insist on “advising” me about what they want to do. Mr. Rogoz and his Autobarn service department colleagues have changed my perceptions on new car service departments. I am now looking forward to bringing in my car for service knowing that I will not be experiencing anything less than complete satisfaction with the work performed. More

After a disappointing visit to the Autobarn, we went to Larry Roesch and bought our car there. Our salesperson at Larry Roesch was forthcoming about the price of the car, whereas our salesperson at the Larry Roesch and bought our car there. Although we were ready to purchase a car that day, and had brought our checkbook with the expectation of laying down a deposit, we could not get a clear answer about the price of the car, despite repeated requests, and left only with frustration. The price listed on Autotrader did not include the price of VW pre-owned certification, so our very first question to our salesperson at the Autobarn was what that cost would be. He didn't answer and instead changed the subject. It took the full two hours of our visit before we were able to coax a response from him, and then his response was, at best, vague and, as we found out after our purchase at Larry Roesch, over twice the actual cost. We learned from Larry Roesch that the cost of the certification is around $750, but at the Autobarn, the price was "estimated" to be $1800 to $2000. Additionally, the Autobarn charges $275 for a second key, and they charge $150 or $200 to clean the car. After all was said and done, we got the same car, same trim, same packages, and nearly the same mileage, for $4,000 less at Larry Roesch. (Or so we can surmise, based on the vague amount that our salesperson offered us.) The Autobarn lost a sale because they were not forthcoming about the price and they tack on inflated fees. If you want a straightfoward car-buying experience, go to Larry Roesch instead. More

I came into the Autobarn because it is near my home with an interest of wanting to check out the VW CC sedan. let me start by saying Ive owned a few cars and been to even more dealerships so ive seen it all. I was in the market for a VW for quite some time and after a little research found that Autobarn had quite even more dealerships so ive seen it all. I was in the market for a VW for quite some time and after a little research found that Autobarn had quite a selection and quite a facility. I talked to a sale rep named Allen who really listened to what I was looking and showed me a few different cars based on what I explained to him. I was impressed. A salesman who actually listens to what i'm looking for shows it to me and lets me make the choice without ever feeling backed in a corner or pressured. To make a long story short a experience I was actually dreading Allen made a fun and exciting experience that car buying should be. I would have to say not only is Allen one of the more professional saleman ive worked with but even more importantly to me was his great sense of humor and positive attitude that made it all worth it!
