I had been searching for used cars for a few months and I had been searching for used cars for a few months and had finally decided on a VW Tiguan after much research and many trips to other dealerships to I had been searching for used cars for a few months and had finally decided on a VW Tiguan after much research and many trips to other dealerships to look at and drive cars. I was first drawn to The Autobarn by numerous adds on Autotrader and then redirected myself to their own website for vehicle specifics and sales information. After seing a couple Tiguans that closely matched what I was looking for I arranged a trip to Mt Prospect to look at their cars(I live in Kansas City but work out of Midway Airport). I arrived just before the dealership opened at 9am and was courteously shown to James Fischer's office because he was the first and only sales person allready at work. James was very quick to see what I wanted and quick to get the specific vehicle I was interested in ready for a test drive. After thoroughly showing me the vehicle and letting us drive it he quickly and with little or no sales pressure helped me to purchase the 2011 Tiguan which was everything I was looking for. As I do not live in Chicage but work out of Midway airport James was able to arrange picking me and my two sons up from the train station the following week to allow us to pick up and drive the vehicle home. The attention to detail and just the right amount of attention were spot on. James was apleasure to work with and the fantactic website will have me recommending this dealership to anyone I meet who is in the market for a VW. Great Job! More
