My salesman, John Sassano, was very helpful and I did not feel pressured or intimidated at any time during the process. Instead, he explained the vehicle I had chosen in great detail. The car was in great condition and very clean. I would say that the cleanliness of this used vehicle was a selling point for me. The paperwork was completed quickly and the car was delivered equally as fast. While I was at the dealership picking up my vehicle, my son lost his wallet in the sales area. I did not even know he had lost the wallet when I received a call from Rafi Ohanan that he had found my son's wallet and had it was holding it for me. I was already impressed with the service at the dealership and this extra bit of customer service meant a great deal. With regard to my vehicle, I have been quite pleased.
