I emailed Colin yesterday and he never responded. In my email I said that I was returning the car this week. My attorney advised me that I have 30 days to return the car for a full refund. I called the dealership 5 days after the purchase of the car and I’ve gotten the run around from the management staff, just wasting time. I will be there on Saturday with the car. I kindly ask you to have my deposit that I put down credited back to my credit card. I go my way and you go your way and that ends it. You have my number, you can call me. I’ve spoken to Colin and Leslie and have gotten no call back from Leslie and Colin doesn’t know right from wrong. After knowing he sold me a flood car which is illegal, he basically said sorry it’s been 5 days and loan has been funded and nothing we can do. Shame on the leadership of Volkswagen of Nanuet. This car was for my daughters and they expect my kids to breathe mold and rust chemicals, especially in the hot weather. You put your kids in there for them to get sick, not mine!!
