I went in to test drive a 2013 Dodge Ram 1500. There was an engine light on and I noted to the salesperson that the engine didn't feel right. Towards the end of the 5 minute drive, the engine cut out as I was driving up a hill with cars behind me. I asked to speak to Collin, the sales Manager. I asked how he could allow cars that are unsafe for driving to be put in the hands of consumers. No appology...just a basic...Let the buyer beware comment. Let the buyer BEWARE! More

What an INCREDIBLE "6", not 5 STAR experience at Volkswagen of Nanuet!!! From my product specialist, Ms. Crystal Alvarez; her mgr Colin who approved the deal I said "Yes" to; to Chris who under Volkswagen of Nanuet!!! My sales associate Carl was wonderful, and so was J the finance manager. He went above and beyond for me as for anyone else, I have no words, and they never filled my car with gas, and they never took off finance manager.
