Terrible service and rude attitude Absolutely terrible service, rude and unprofessional. I was told that my car was under warranty and they would fill up the Ad blue for no charge. Get Absolutely terrible service, rude and unprofessional. I was told that my car was under warranty and they would fill up the Ad blue for no charge. Get a call next day saying that does not include the cost of the Ad blue. Then the services manager calls me and is rude and kept interrupting me telling me that I was wrong and was not being treated unfairly and hung up on me. I'm going to pick up my car and get it fixed somewhere else even if it costs more. This is not the service I have come to expect from VW and would highly recommend anyone looking to get their car fixed here, to go to another dealer to not be disappointed and treated badly. Very disappointing. More

Disappointing I brought the car in for an diagnostic check before our road trip out East. I brought the car in on Monday morning, September 6th, and was advised tha I brought the car in for an diagnostic check before our road trip out East. I brought the car in on Monday morning, September 6th, and was advised that extensive work was needed to bring the car up to performance. The cost of the repairs was $1840.35. I picked the car up at 5:30PM on Monday, September 6th, and drove it home which is 1.3 miles from Fletcher Jones. On Tuesday morning, September 7th we went to pack the car for our trip, and found the left front tire flat. This caused us to cancel our road trip, and we ended up flying out East and renting a car. Tomorrow morning I am bringing the car in to get the tire fixed, and hope it lasts more than 1.3 miles. Glenn Mc Donald for Laura Donkel More
