I worked with Adam K. in the Service Department to address some issues that came up with our 2011 Touareg TDI that we purchased from VW of America after it received the EPA Approved Emissions Modifica address some issues that came up with our 2011 Touareg TDI that we purchased from VW of America after it received the EPA Approved Emissions Modification. He was knowledgeable and assured us it would all be taken care of without any issues. He arranged for a loaner car and kept us updated via helpful texts. I normally avoid dealer service centers at all costs and do my own work but VW of Downtown Chicago has fantastic service and fair prices that make it worth my while to just leave it to experts like Adam! More
