Steve Shields took care of my repairs, stayed in contact with me, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Steve is a great guy - he's taken care of my Jetta once before as well, and I highly recommend him. Everyone I dealt with, including the cashier and shuttle driver was awesome, as well. More

I recently returned a lease and even though they have verbally guaranteed me that I will not be charged for any damages, due to that I have paid extra every month for wear and tear, I just got a bill for $1001.69. When you ask questions about it, they will say that it is an outside vendor that accesses the automobiles and they can’t do much about it. They know how difficult it is to undo or follow their chain of bureaucratic maze to get any justified answers. It is this type of underhanded scheming methods that they have put into practice relying on that people will just give up and pay their invoice. Buyers beware. More

This would have been impractical, if not impossible, for me to do through another shop, but the folks at Volkswagen of Santa Monica made it work. I feel fortunate to have them in my community. More
