Service At This Dealership Made The Trip Worthwhile!! I want to thank Jeff Harkness for his exceptional work and courtesy on my 2010 Ford Explorer. I live less than 5 miles from Galphin Ford, but will alw I want to thank Jeff Harkness for his exceptional work and courtesy on my 2010 Ford Explorer. I live less than 5 miles from Galphin Ford, but will always make the trek of 20-plus miles to get to Vista Ford because their service team is the best. I have an older model Ford Sync and needed to update the navigation maps via DVD. Although the delivery of the discs were quick, the task of installing them was long and tedious. He was very helpful and patient throughout the whole ordeal. The process took nearly 4 hours to do, yet he was nice enough to give me updates every 30 to 45 minutes. At the end, he gave me a discount for the labor and I even got a free car wash afterwards. Jeff is the greatest and I highly recommend him! More
Purchased New Car Service Contract Not as Promised I brought in my Ford Focus RS for it's 3rd Fully Synthetic Oil change (I have it changed about every 5,000 miles. This time the car was running rough I brought in my Ford Focus RS for it's 3rd Fully Synthetic Oil change (I have it changed about every 5,000 miles. This time the car was running rough and the air filter looked very dirty and asked to have it changed. Now, when I bought the Service Contract I was informed by the Finance Representative that the ONLY item I would ever need to pay for were tires: windshield wipers, brakes and even the clutch were covered for 100,000 miles. So when I picked up my car, it was running smothly, but I was informed that I had to pay for the air filter; that it could not be changed until my RS reached over 20,000 miles. Well, it certainly needed changing, but still insisted that it was Ford's policy to change the air filter ONLY as scheduled, not when the air filter needed changing. So after a half hour of VERY frustrating conversations with the original salesman and the Finance Rep, was this finally resolved. But what is extremely disturbing is that Ford doesn't seem concerned about the actual needs and condition of my Ford Focus RS, but rather penny pinching. When I purchased my RS, I was satisfied that Ford would take care of my car to keep it in top-running condition, I do my part to bring my RS in for service, I'm not sure that Ford will do their part as promised to me! The Service Write-up Coordinator was very nice, but couldn't go against Ford's Policy! The Service Manager did not talk to me, but was aware of the problem. More

I would not even conciser any other truck than the xx150. I'm a nature photographer and xx150s always get me to the shot I'm after. The trucks are dependable, tough as xxxx and built to last. Ford service centers across the country are plentiful, honest and always helpful . I just bought a brand new 2017 xx150. I spent less than I expected to spend and got a vehicle so loaded with cool stuff that it will take me years to figure it all out!! The staff is there for me from start to finish. I know I have friends at Vista Ford. More

The good news is a few have, and Vista Ford is a standout in that regard. During a recent car-buying experience, we were fortunate enough, almost by chance, to encounter the good people at Vista Ford including Senior Salesperson Mike Soboti, Sales Manager Aaron Johnson, and Finance Manager Chris Notti. The lowest common denominator in any transaction is both parties should enjoy a sense of fairness and equity. While Vista retains the valued trappings of a traditional dealership, like an immaculate showroom, well-spoken and properly attired salespeople, smiling faces everywhere - including a photo of the founder near the entrance; they also evidence understanding of that common denominator by embracing the realities of the internet world in their pricing and deal-making. On a more intuitive level, you get the sense they really do care, and really do honestly believe in the value of treating their customers fairly and with mutual respect. We completed the purchase of our vehicle a few days ago. On reflection, it truly was one of the better experiences we've had in the car buying process and would strongly suggest anyone consider buying a new vehicle to include Vista at the top of your places to visit. Based on our own experience, would also suggest you request the lineup of Mike, Aaron and Chris, to whom we are grateful for their Service and Integrity. More
