What Others Say

Rip off !! Tried to charge me $7000 I went somewhere else and it was $700!!!!

Had a great experience buying a Ford Fusion. I highly recommend a salesman by the name of Mat!!! Handled everything with us! And very knowledgeable !

WARNING The WORST! I will never be back for them to practically spit on me when they do not communicate and then blame the customer for their poor customer service. Absolutely DEPLORABLE! Jeff AND Stewart should be replaced with people who know customer service. It’s sad that Ford keeps them employed after treating customers like this.

This dealership will accuse you of falsifying legal documents and then on of the managers called me a mother xxxxer. Please do not buy from this dealership

Terrible!! Salesman showed me a dirty car with a dead battery!!! Salesman didn't know the online sale price either. I saw a 2020 Ford Fusion online. I contacted the dealership. Sales rep #1 confirmed that the car would be ready when I arrived. Not only was the car dirty & dusty on the outside, the battery was dead!!. This should have been 2 red flags!! What kind of dealership shows a customer a dirty car with a dead battery? To get the car running, Sales Rep #2 had to ask his colleague to jump the battery! We went on a test drive. But the windows were extremely dirty & difficult to see out of. We went to a gas station & Sales Rep #2 wiped the window with a squeegee!! Now, I could see out the window! I asked the price of the car. Sales Rep #2 looked at the window & told me that price. I said the price was lower on your website. "I'd like to see that", Sales Rep #2 said (Like he didn't believe me!! I showed him my phone & sure enough, the price was listed at the lower price point. Sales Rep #2 tried to be professional, but 1) How can you show a customer a dirty car with a dead battery? 2) How can you not know the price? Totally unacceptable!!!

BEWARE!! Do not try to contact for help or buy a Ford ESP!! Bought 2 cars and and an extended warranty, and all was great until I needed assistance or a call back! Here is my quick story: I sold the car I purchased the extended warranty for and since the warranty never kicked in I am due a refund for it. I called Ford ESP customer service, provided what they needed to cancel the warranty and in a week it was cancelled and I received a confirmation letter to provide to the dealership to collect my refund ( which is approx $800). I was told to contact this dealership to coordinate my refund. Well, I have emailed and called the finance manager and the GM since mid October with ZERO replies!! Ford ESP customer service also tried to contact them as well on my behalf, and they were ignored as well. Very disheartening that a large company like this will ignore a customer over $800!!! Don’t buy an extended warranty through the dealership, buy it online yourself - because you can !! We did that with another Ford we bought and our credit card was refunded within 10 days !!!
