I have dealt with Vista Ford for sales, service, and parts since they opened in 1974. Things have not always been perfect, but I have always been satisfied with the solution. They make things right. What more could you ask for? There are many service options available to me in the West Valley. Besides the quality service, the biggest thing that keeps me coming back to the Vista Ford service department is one of their service writers, Ken Nazarian. Besides being honest and thorough to a fault, Ken understands all the technical theory involved in the maintenance of today's modern cars and translates that into something I can easily understand. If some repair is going to be expensive, Ken gives me all the options so I can make an informed decision on how best to proceed. If I were to sum it all up in one word, it would be Trust. O.K. the coffee and chocolate chip cookies in the customer waiting area may have some influence on my decision as well. More

Great Service! I took my car in to be serviced since a "wrench" light came up on my dashboard. Stewart was great in helping me and let me know what the problem was a I took my car in to be serviced since a "wrench" light came up on my dashboard. Stewart was great in helping me and let me know what the problem was and that the part would be replaced at no charge since there was an extended warranty by Ford on this problem. I had my car back the same day and they washed it for me too. They have also renovated their waiting room, which is extremely nice and comfortable. I would definitely take my car back to this dealership for service. More
