I bought an $80,000 truck from Victory. To start with my email address was recorded wrong, was promised a gas card (never got). It took several calls to get that straightened out, this kept me from being able to set up my radio, etc… My front grill had a defect in it, brought it in to be repaired/replaced. Had the truck for 4 days, there was a part that wouldn’t be in for 3-4 weeks, they said they would let me know when it got in. No call, this was all in feb/march. Called in October on a Wed about if they had the part, they did. Asked them to please send it to Albemarle dealership where I was taking truck for service the following week, they agreed It is now 1 week later and the part has still not arrived! They were supposed to call me the same day I called about sending the part but never called, Jason said he sent the part out the same day (Wed), why is it taking a week to get from Charlotte to another dealership in Albemarle??? VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I would think the amount of money I spent on this vehicle that I would at least get call backs and support from this dealership. Friendly Chevrolet has gotten my truck in, repaired, recall completed, serviced and now waiting for this part! BUT, they have returned all calls in a very timely manner and good customer service. Never did get that gas card from Victory, very disappointed. More

Do not buy a car from this dealer unless it's physically there on the lot .....!!!!!! I was told it was enroute and would be there in a few days, 2 weeks max.....
