They were patient with me during the decision making on my part. They were semi pushy on making the sell. Although I did end up buying it. I upgraded from a 09 Corolla to 25 equinox. Thankfully YouTube came in to the rescue at home to show me how to navigate through all the features and settings. I have my sales guy email address and have emailed multiple times for follow up questions and never got a response. I live an hour away so going back isn’t really what I want to do. They did get me approved even with my “challenged credit” so that’s a plus. I just wish they would follow up with customers like other dealerships do. All I have received is emails from them wanting me to leave 5 star reviews everywhere. And I can’t do that bc once you signed the papers they have nothing to do with you. I had follow up question and reached out via email to my sales guy multiple times and got go response. Over all staff was friendly and patient but I feel like once you leave they just move on to the next person and your left on your own to figure things out. More
