From the time we entered the dealership everyone was so friendly and wanted to help us and the sales person that help us was incredibly knowledgeable about the car we were interested in. He provided us with all the information about the car and then showed us one like we wanted except for a few things we wanted this particular car didn't have but found out the dealership could order us exactly what we wanted, color and other amenities. We had to wait awhile on it but it was worth it. We love the car. More

Seemingly dishonest and terrible customer experience on a used car. I agreed to a price in advance with the sales person via text who said they checked with their manager and we had a deal. I traveled two ho used car. I agreed to a price in advance with the sales person via text who said they checked with their manager and we had a deal. I traveled two hours to come in and they tried to charge me significantly more even though I showed them the text message in writing. In the end, after about an hour and talking to 4 different people telling me "there's nothing we can do", they grudgingly agreed to sell me the car for the amount they had agreed to before I came in. It was not pleasant. I then received two calls and a text from the people at Victory asking me to update my google review, so be aware that reviews may not reflect real experiences very well. I also got an email with an "Example Survey" suggesting that I give them all 10's and "Completely Satisfied" on everything. More
