What Others Say

Great experience and professional service from Gerry in sales and Mike Smith in Finance, will definitely recommend them and the dealership.

I always loved victory Chevrolet and everyone there who worked on my vehicle was always so honest and caring. I knew they had my best outcomes in mind and they really cared about the customer leaving happy. I feel terrible I always took them for granted especially after my recent disastrous attempt at getting service in Youngstown Ohio at Cochran Chevrolet. If you live in the Charlotte area please use this dealership. Whether it be the sales of the vehicle or the service of that vehicle down the line this dealership will always take care of you with your best interests in mind.

Neat place with a variety of cars, customer friendly and very professional people willing to help and provide support.

Johnathan was awesome, he got me into a truck that’s been great for me here recently

FALSE Advertisement. We went to purchase a car from Victory, price advertised was $21,500. We drove about 90 minutes to get there and was ready to purchase the car at that price with tax and license. Once we showed up at the dealer they added $899 for Dealer Fee and $1700 for oil changes and to repair minor dents for one year. This brought the price up $24,099 almost $2600 more. We said we did not want the oil change for a year (about a $100 value) was not worth it. We could live wit the Dealer fee though it is high compared to other dealer. They would not take it off the $1700 and no were was this advertised as part of the cost of the vehicle. So BUYER BEWARE, lesson learned, call ahead and ask the final price out the door before you drive to the dealer.

Friendly, experienced, professional. Would 100% recommend this dealership and Mark Newton. He made me very comfortable with the whole experience
