October 2024, I found myself in an unfortunate situation and needed a new vehicle, so I returned to the dealership that has always treated my family like we’re their family. The experience was not as great. In my experience, they went from a 5-star to a low 4-star. Still a great place, but their image is a bit tarnished in my mind now. More

I have received numerous text messages and calls about a recall on my truck. I called several times to schedule an appointment only to stay on hold. The link on the text message to schedule an appointment doesn't work. When I've spoken to someone the days in which I can bring it never have any openings. Finally I get an appointment scheduled and a ride to the house. Only to get checked in to drop the teuck off and waiting for my ride and find out that the part is not in stock. But I was told that I wouldn't need an appointment that I could just drop it off. I can't just drop it off without a ride to the house. I like the old Victory when you didn't need an appointment for minor things and could just come in and wait and get what you needed to get done. More
