We were met by Sam Vince, as was planned. I already knew that I would purchase the 2018 ATS. Sam and I took a short ride while my CTS weas being evaluated. Felt customer service was lacking. The opportunity was lost when I said no to the service on the car because I didn’t want to put that much money into it. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive to my concerns. My service advisor, Jane Flesh, was knowledgeable and kept me informed every step of the way. They took the time to explain what needed to be done and made sure I was comfortable with the service plan before moving forward. The work was completed in a timely manner, and my vehicle was returned to me clean and running perfectly. It’s clear that this service team takes pride in their work and values customer satisfaction.
