I owe the salesperson, Gary Pratt and Val Ward Cadillac an apology I originally wrote an unflattering review which was not warranted. I was unaware of the actual steps Gary and the management of Val Wa an apology I originally wrote an unflattering review which was not warranted. I was unaware of the actual steps Gary and the management of Val Ward took to accommodate me in the purchase of the vehicle. They went above and beyond to make this sale happen, the only complaint I may have is it wasn't explained at the time or maybe I was just too hot to pay attention to what they were saying, which is probably the case. As far as the items that needed repair, they called me to schedule a day and time that would be convenient for me to complete the repairs. When I came in Gary and management couldn't be more professional, they gave me a car to use while mine was there. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and EVERYTHING done perfectly. Thank you, Gary and the entire staff, I am sorry for not trusting you as you conducted yourself in a professional manner throughout and more importantly as a friend.
