My salesman was Oscar! He is the only one I felt comfortable with! I would not have made the deal without him. Took 5-days to finalize the purchase. 100% full time isn’t there type of customer! They made several promises then in the eleventh hour, after they got payment they wanted more money, The 100% full time isn’t there type of customer! They made several promises then in the eleventh hour, after they got payment they wanted more money, They said they would take my trade-in but on the day we went to picked up the car, they backed out and had me pay what value of the trade-in. Then when I really thought there couldn’t be anything wrong they force you to sign to agree to share your private information and when I said “no” they held up giving us the car until I signed. So I signed with “no consent!” The funny part was we liked the car so much we were considering buying the remaining 2025 inventory for our company but it will be a cold day in xxxx before I put myself through the purchase process with them ever again. More
