Purchased a 2024 Hyundai Santa Cruz in Dec 2024 with 6,000 miles on it from universal Hyundai. Leased vehicle I was told..... Now 3,000 miles later the harness for all electrical went out and they a 6,000 miles on it from universal Hyundai. Leased vehicle I was told..... Now 3,000 miles later the harness for all electrical went out and they are telling me they are working on it, however I just found out it was replaced at 34 miles! This was not disclosed to me when purchased or on its Carfax report. This tells me it's a lemon, but they just say they will fix it and call me when it's ready. No refund of course for this truck I paid cash for! A car with now 9,000 miles and the whole electrical system is blown and they want to FIX IT? WTH?? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! More

I will never return here! Second and last time! Took my vehicle in for routine servicing and "check engine" signal. Appt time was 8:20 AM. Left the service dept at 5:30 PM. At Second and last time! Took my vehicle in for routine servicing and "check engine" signal. Appt time was 8:20 AM. Left the service dept at 5:30 PM. At no time during that 9+ hours did I receive any communication from the service advisor about the status of repairs unless I went to his booth! No text, no face-to-face, no email. Nothing!! No contact about was the technician found, what they recommend, pricing - NOTHING! The lack of communication from the service advisor was appalling, and he was certified "Expert" by them. I do appreciate the advisor for noticing my extended warranty and for handling the claim with them, but it would have been appropriate for him to keep me in the loop instead of me having to come ask him what the status was Also, spending 9 hours in that 1970s-era customer lounge was far from comfortable. The slow pace of the servicing and lack of communication is what will keep me from coming back here. I would rather drive to Daytona Beach or Tampa if I will receive better communication and faster service. Hyundai Motors makes a great product, but this service department tarnished that name. Never again! More
