Was told my battery needed to be ordered. Called someone for ride. A worker went to my car told him I was leaving my car he rudely told me he had gone to main shop to get the battery, told hi Called someone for ride. Went to speak to the person that misinformed me, he spoke with coworker told me to cancel my ride my car would be ready in 5 minutes. The rude worker put battery would not start came and told me it was not the battery it was something else. Ask if he put clutch all the way down he tried again and it started. They totally stressed me . Lack of knowledge and customer service. More

I took my vehicle in for regular maintenance-oil change and tire rotation. They told me I had a free service that I didn’t actually have, they gave my car key to another customer and only realized it when and tire rotation. They told me I had a free service that I didn’t actually have, they gave my car key to another customer and only realized it when I pointed out they were giving me his key 5 minutes later, they left a tool in my car and when I got home, I realized one of my hubcaps was half off the wheel. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I should probably check that they actually put oil back in my car. Service date at the Cerillos location-12/18/2025 3pm. This is after I bought a car from them this year. More
