Was told my battery needed to be ordered. Called someone for ride. A worker went to my car told him I was leaving my car he rudely told me he had gone to main shop to get the battery, told hi Called someone for ride. A worker went to my car told him I was leaving my car he rudely told me he had gone to main shop to get the battery, told him I was told it needed to be ordered. Went to speak to the person that misinformed me, he spoke with coworker told me to cancel my ride my car would be ready in 5 minutes. The rude worker put battery would not start came and told me it was not the battery it was something else. Ask if he put clutch all the way down he tried again and it started. They totally stressed me . Lack of knowledge and customer service. More

Generally very good. One observation - the information overload for a buyer who has never had an electric vehicle before is overwhelming. Also, I regret that Santa Fe Toyiota is apparently not participating in the services normally offered by all other Toyota dealers around northern New Mexico, through the Toyota app. More
