Did not address my concerns. Explained that there was vibration in the steering wheel and they said they would look into it. Pro: They were a big help to fit me in on short notice so I could take my Tacoma for a week camping, the repair was done properly, the work to be done was communicated well, and truck was ready ahead of e so I could take my Tacoma for a week camping, the repair was done properly, the work to be done was communicated well, and truck was ready ahead of expectation. Con: The final cost was ALL the money, the dealership doesn’t take checks above $250, and luckily I checked the repair before leaving the lot so the truck could go right back in to have underhood trim that had been taken off and forgotten put back on. More
