Drove out of state 4. 5 hours. Had a 2018 Toyota 4runner in mind to purchase. It took another 4.5 hours to purchase the truck. Drove back home and realized the front upper 5 hours. Had a 2018 Toyota 4runner in mind to purchase. It took another 4.5 hours to purchase the truck. Drove back home and realized the front upper control arms and ball joints were worn out and metal to metal. I spoke to the salesman the next day, as well as a sales manager afterward. Unfortunately, the dealership ghosted me and have had no contact for days now. I took it to Toyota at hometown to confirm. No word back to help with this issue from Sante Fe Toyota More

Walked into the Service Department to request an appointment for a brake check. Was greeted cordially by Roger, who ascertained my needs, and took me to set an appointment for the following week. appointment for a brake check. Again greeted cordially on the day of service, vehicle was taken off for review and was offered a ride to a preferred location with pick on return - nice option! Received text indicating repairs made per request and suggesting others that could also be important to the braking system. These were approved for service completion. Although longer than is always hoped for, service was relatively quick, vehicle was returned clean, and I completed the transaction. Because I travel, and only occasionally am able to use the same dealership, I'm always surprised at work that is suggested by a dealership and that was not offered by the preceding dealership with only perhaps 2000 miles between appointments. eg. This visit had me change brake fluid on the vehicle, yet was not included for follow up after last dealership. Prior dealership indicated a tire rotation, this was not offered at this appointment. It will be interesting to see what's offered at the next dealership where I purchased the vehicle More
