I was told the wait would be 45 minutes, it took just over 20 minutes. The staff were friendly, efficient, and competent. They even went over the inspection form with me and had a copy for me to take. Ex over 20 minutes. The staff were friendly, efficient, and competent. Great service. I walked into the Express Service store to have the tire pressure checked for a slow leak. Quickly, Jennifer Martinez stepped up and made my issue I walked into the Express Service store to have the tire pressure checked for a slow leak. Quickly, Jennifer Martinez stepped up and made my issue a priority. A nail was found and the tire repaired immediately. While I was there, another customer was less than happy with the price quoted for her car repair. I witnessed Jennifer speak to her with compassion and professionalism. She explained the proposed service and helped the customer to understand. Thank you. More
