Benito went above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle was taken care of. He was able to assist with a warranty issue and stayed on top of the claims department to get the vehicle fixed. Benito kept me i was taken care of. He was able to assist with a warranty issue and stayed on top of the claims department to get the vehicle fixed. Benito kept me informed throughout the entire process and my vehicle was repaired faster than expected. This is the first time I have experienced such great customer service and someone who went the extra mile instead of just saying no. I would give Benito a 10 out of 10 for taking care of the customer! More

Toyota of Richardson has been my 'Go To' Service Provider for my FJ Cruiser since ~2008. Your care has given us the Road Confidence for city and interstate travel! Brandon Philips is great b/c he goes for my FJ Cruiser since ~2008. Your care has given us the Road Confidence for city and interstate travel! Brandon Philips is great b/c he goes through my history right there in front of me as we talk about what items to take care of during my visit. He never tries to push any service but talks me through what items 'should' be serviced or replaced. I have ~140k miles on my FJ and with help from Brandon and Toyota of Richardson should make at least 250k miles. Thank You and see you next time. More
