Within the team, I worked most closely with Michael and Johnny, both of whom were very professional and communicative. My car had a couple of issues, including an unexpectedly expensive one. The team advocated to Toyota on my behalf to cover one of the costs and even worked with me on the other costs, as my car had just been given a clean bill of health (at Toyota of Richardson's service center less than 3wks prior).
