My husband and I we were there only about 1 min and Robert asked if we had been helped. We told him what we wanted and he looked at what was on their main lot then drove us to the second lot. They had exactly what I was looking for and then some. Robert went to Harmon and started the deal process. We also were able to speak with Harmon ourselves not just Robert. After all the dealing was done we got the car we wanted at the price we wanted. We are very satisfied with the service we received throughout the whole process. Rey was who typed up the buyers orders and got us a great deal on an extended warranty. We diffently will be visiting them again in the future when I purchase my 4Runner. We will only deal with them and recommend everyone to ask for Robert as their Salesman. He is a friendly and honest salesperson!!!! More

First off, I had been looking for a newer Scion XB for about a year. But for some reason, something, somewhere, never fell through. Until i went to Toyota of Richardson and met Tom. These guys are awesome. I told them exactly what I wanted and they delivered a deal that almost brought me to tears. The one good thing I am able to say about my experience is Brady was great to work with. Other than that my experience at Toyota of Richardson was terrible. The vehicle I purchased I test drove without is Brady was great to work with. Other than that my experience at Toyota of Richardson was terrible. The vehicle I purchased I test drove without the gear shift knob on the vehicle and then when I took the vehicle home the wrong gear shift was in the vehicle and they hoped I wouldn't notice as a price quote from Lexus for the knob was $535.00. Had to call and get them to replace that which they finally did. When I was purchasing the vehicle I had to listen to a female internet salesperson swear and accuse the person I was working with of stealing me as a customer because she called and left me a voicemail that I did not hear until after I had began working with Brady and test drove the vehicle. Really unprofessional and uncomfortable. She then went on to email me the next day congratulating me for purchasing a vehichle from her.....which I never did and never even spoke to her. Then the issues with the sound of my tires....I brought the sound to their attention the very next day and was told they would do nothing about it. The tires on the vehicle are barely above state inspection standards and the tires have feathered and worn unevenly creating a noisy ride in my new vehicle. I spoke with 2 different managers who completely dismissed me. One of which was Brian Pacheco. Was told that they would not replace all 4 tires though I did not ask them to. I asked them to address the noise issue coming from the rear tires on the vehicle. After seeing the managers and how they treat their customers I would never return or refer anyone to their business. It was an awful experience purchasing a vehicle at Toyota of Richardson. My best advise would be to Brady who should move on to a dealership that provides the level of customer service that he provided to me as the level of service Brady provides is no where near the horrible level of service the dealership provides. I recently went to TOYOTA OF RICHARDSON just about a week ago or so when Toyota had that 0down and 0 APR for 60mo. deal. Well when I arrived the "salesman" (CAILAN?) was very nice and courtoeus to me and my ago or so when Toyota had that 0down and 0 APR for 60mo. deal. Well when I arrived the "salesman" (CAILAN?) was very nice and courtoeus to me and my family, after going through a whole day of car shopping, all over Toyota dealerships, and being lied to about inventory being available and it being not,waiting on the salesman running back and forth making me sign for every number that was written on a piece of paper, and their typical xxxxxxxx. A guy by the name of JEROME BROOKS, (heavy set guy that works in the number cruching room) came out and asked me if I think he's a good guy, so I didn't wanna be rude, since when could you really believe a car salesman when they are on the job, "not to say that all of them are bad or liars" but anyway to make a long story short, we went back n forth on the numbers and finally came to an agreement.SOLD... Just as we started to sign some of the papers, something caught my eyes THEY SLIPPED IN ON ONE OF THE FORMS 6.4% APR INTEREST, AND SAID THAT WE HAD NEVER FINANCED A CAR BEFORE, HOPING THAT WE DIDN'T CATCH IT IN TIME. WELL WE WERE ALREADY APPROVED AT ANOTHER TOYOTA DEALERSHIP, BUT DID NOT TELL TOYOTA OF RICHARDSON THAT, SO THEY TRIED TO PULL A QUICK ONE. WHEN WE CONFRONTED HIM ABOUT THE SITUATION HE GOT UPSET AND SNATCHED THE PAPERS OUT OF MY HAND LIKE A WINNING LOTTERY TICKET, THEN TRIED TO CALM US DOWN! WHAT THE F... JEROME? Anyways, just wanted to put in my 2 cents and let everyone know this has got to be one of the worst experiences of my life in a car dealer, especialy this one with this jerk. Ed has sold my family 6 toyotas in the past ten years. He is the ONLY sales representative I speak to at Toyota of Richardson. I trust him completely, I know I am getting a great deal on a great car. Ed is very honest about the price of the car and the quality of the car. He has a natural ability to read what you want, but also read what you need. When I was in college my first toyota (which was a used Toy. that we purchased somewhere else) stopped running after 200,000+ miles. I had to get a new car but my mom really couldn't afford it; Ed was able to find a brand new car, in the color I wanted, at a price my mom could afford. After College I started paying Mom for the car. When my younger sister went to college, my mom went to see Ed and she was able to purchase a brand new car for herself. About 6 mos before my Toy. Echo was about to be paid off, a teenager crashed into my parked car, my Mom's parked car, and the neighbor's parked car. We went to see Ed. My mom was calm because she knew she could afford to replace her car. I had been paying mom for my car and didn't know if I had enough credit built up to purchase a car. Ed was able to put both of us into new cars, and reassure me that even I could get a car. Now, I'm about to be married and my fiance and I were heading down to San Antonio when we were involved in an accident on I-35. My fiance was stressed out about having to purchase a new car, but I knew Ed was at Toyota of Richardson and I was as calm as my mother was five years ago. I'm in a better car, now five years later and still loving my toyota. My babysister is also driving a toyota that Ed was able to help her find. She is in college and working a part time job, and able to pay for her car. My fiance went to someone else at Toyota of Richardson and when he came home with a deal that I was not happy with, I called Ed. Ed stepped in and when we returned to Toyota of Richardson with his car, we had about five people waiting to help us resolve the problem. The problem was resolved and my fiance is still loving his Toyota. My family and I will ONLY purchase our Toyotas from Ed Giraldo. Before this last car purchase, my fiance and I searched the internet to find out if we wanted to go with a different car. Toyotas are still the number one rated car in the world. Every car they manufacture is in the Consumer's Guide as a "Best..." award, (fill in the blank) "car for your money", "gas mileage", "overall car" you name it they have the award. Thanks Ed! Friendly salesman but he was not as knowledgeable about the Prius as I would have liked. Have never driven a car like the Prius before and would have appreciated more time spent with salesman getting comfo the Prius as I would have liked.
