very disappointed in my purchase. my salesman just wanted the sale and did make it right what was owed by Toyota of Richardson. took it back twice still dissatisfied. When went back he passed me off to a manger that could really care less, so the salesman could make another sale. gave excuses instead of making it right. its how society has taught us. Within the team, I worked most closely with Michael and Johnny, both of whom were very professional and communicative. My car had a couple of issues, including an unexpectedly expensive one. The team advocated to Toyota on my behalf to cover one of the costs and even worked with me on the other costs, as my car had just been given a clean bill of health (at Toyota of Richardson's service center less than 3wks prior).
