Agreed on the online price by phone with the salesman, but when he wrote it up an additional $3,995 fee was added (plus other things that were called "taxes" but were dealer responsibility). They told me that the fees were for reconditioning and getting the used car ready to sell. The invoice labeled it "TOR Loyalty Package" though and said it was optional. The sales director and the salesman both told me that the price on the internet was always increased by this fee. They also lied to me a couple times along the way about other things and tried to blow it off when I asked them about the lies. Don't waste your time here with these crooks. Another customer also told me on his way out they required him to leave a good review before letting him leave with his new car. Don't pay for a "brand spanking used" package or a TOR Loyalty package, and don't pay the dealer inventory tax or the road and bridge fee. Those are all taxes owed by the dealer, not by the consumer. They know that but are trying to get you to reimburse them to make a little more money. More
